If I could give this 0 stars I would. They were extremely unhelpful with questions or concerns I had never returned my phone calls when I had an issue with the cemetery they contacted they said it wasn't their issue and said they would try and reach out to them but then never did. They charged full package and then didn't even complete half of the things with no offering of a discount or refund. I know that funeral homes are a business but feel that using a difficult time for families as a cash grab is a horrible way to operate.

There are many emotions, feeling, thoughts, questions & confusion when you lose a family member. I did not live in the same state where my family member passed. Russell not only made it possible to send my family member's remains to me, he gave me quite a discount. I have never been in this situation before & it was extremely stressful. Because of George Boom Funeral Home it lifted the stress alot. Thank you Russ, Elizabeth & staff for all your help & kindness.

Jordan was very helpful and knowledgeable. He had everything ready and took care of any requests we had. My mother had a black eye from a fall and they made her look beautiful, you couldn't tell she had a black eye.

My wife Brenda recently passed away and we chose George Boom to take care of funeral arrangements. We were treated with total kindness and respect in our time of grief. Everyone handled all preparations and arrangements very professionally. As for me and my family I would highly recommend George Boom to take care of your family and your loved one because they truly care for the people they are serving.

The facility is beautiful and peaceful and our mom looked beautiful so in that way 5 stars but all my mom asked for was a specific song to be played at her funeral. We stated at least a dozen times and confirmed it but the funeral songs we okayed got replaced with the video songs. Also got pulled out of the reception honoring our mom to pay. Could have paid at a half dozen better times. The paying I can get over but my mom not getting her only request causes alot of guilt and ruined an otherwise beautiful service.

My sons and I were treated with compassion and respect. Arranging a service is a new experience to us. We were given suggestions that helped us decide what we wanted done. All questions we had were answered. The service it's self was very nice. George Boom contacted me later asking how I was doing. The care they gave myself and my family is amazing.

My mother passed in February. Her funeral was already planned and pre-paid, but there were still many things that needed to be decided and scheduled. Jessica was an absolute angel for my sister and I. She knew everything that needed to be done and she literally held our hands throughout the week, the funeral, and even afterwards she called and texted to see if there was anything she could help us with. The care that we received was so heartfelt that we felt only love and care from her and all who were involved. My recommendations for George Boon funeral home are all stars ⭐️!

The thoughtful service provided to our entire family throughout the process of our father's funeral planning, service and then cremation process was by far the absolute best I have ever experienced. The entire staff is knowledgeable, courteous, thoughtful in words and actions, and available at all times when you need them. The facility was beautiful, welcoming and very clean. The after care has been unbelievable, to be checked on multiple times after our services have been completed- is truly heart warming. I would recommend any family to George Boom. Very honored to have worked with this Funeral Home.
